Description

  • Collect, process, and prepare sperm and eggs for use in ART procedures, including semen analysis, sperm washing, and oocyte retrieval.
  • Perform sperm selection techniques, such as density gradient centrifugation or swim-up, to isolate motile and morphologically normal sperm for fertilization.
  • Prepare oocytes for insemination or intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) by removing surrounding cumulus cells and preparing them for fertilization.
  • Culture embryos in vitro under controlled conditions to support their development from fertilization to the blastocyst stage.
  • Monitor embryo growth, morphology, and quality using microscopy and embryo grading systems to assess developmental potential.
  • Determine the optimal timing for embryo transfer based on embryo quality and patient factors to maximize the chances of successful implantation.
  • Assist with in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo biopsy, and other ART procedures as directed by fertility specialists.
  • Perform micromanipulation techniques, such as sperm injection or embryo biopsy, with precision and accuracy to minimize damage to gametes and embryos.
  • Maintain strict adherence to laboratory protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory standards to ensure the safety and efficacy of procedures.
