Description

Training and Learning: Participate in training programs and workshops on environmental health and safety regulations, policies, and procedures to develop a solid understanding of workplace safety standards.
Safety Audits: Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections in various workplace environments to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and areas for improvement.
Compliance Monitoring: Help ensure that the organization complies with local, national, and international environmental and safety regulations by monitoring adherence to established policies and guidelines.
Risk Assessment: Participate in risk assessment processes, analyzing potential environmental and workplace hazards, and suggesting preventive measures to minimize risks.
Incident Reporting: Assist in investigating and documenting workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, helping to determine causes and recommend corrective actions.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of safety inspections, incident reports, and training activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Employee Training Support: Support the EHS team in conducting safety training sessions for employees, helping to raise awareness of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental protection.
Emergency Preparedness: Assist in developing and updating emergency response plans, ensuring the organization is prepared for various environmental or safety-related emergencies.
Sustainability Initiatives: Participate in the implementation of sustainability and environmental protection initiatives, such as waste reduction, energy conservation, and pollution prevention efforts.
