Description

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of facilities, processes, and operations to identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Develop and deliver EHS training programs to educate employees on safety procedures, hazard recognition, emergency response, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels with employees, supervisors, and management to promote awareness of EHS policies, initiatives, and performance.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation for workplace accidents, injuries, near misses, and environmental incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and human resources, to integrate EHS considerations into business processes, projects, and decision-making.
Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics, trends, and leading indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and external stakeholders to stay informed about regulatory changes, best practices, and emerging trends in EHS management.
