Description

Develop, implement, and monitor environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess environmental, health, and safety risks and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Advise management on regulatory requirements and best practices related to environmental protection, health, and safety.
Provide training to employees on EHS procedures, including safety protocols, emergency response, and hazard identification.
Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with regulations.
Monitor air quality, water quality, and waste management to ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Manage EHS documentation, including incident reports, safety data sheets (SDS), and regulatory filings.
Develop and conduct emergency response drills, including fire drills and evacuation procedures, to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.
Stay up-to-date on changes in EHS regulations, trends, and technologies, recommending improvements to enhance workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
