E- Commerce Executive

Requirement

●     Preference to talent with experience in the D2C brands.

●     The ideal candidates should have a hands-on understanding of the e-Commerce operation systems.

●     Knowledge of running ads on e-Commerce platforms is a must.

●     Should have strong communication skills.

Job Description

●     Handling the P&L management and taking responsibility for the growth of the respective marketplaces.

●     Responsible for implementing the e-com strategy and managing the end-to-end e-com revenue

●     Managing the marketplaces, namely Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra planning the presence of the organization - in terms of strategy, management, forecasts, and results. These include short- and long-term objectives, customer metrics, and overall performance.

●     Oversee the day-to-day marketplace E-commerce operations, customer service, updates, post listings, promotions, merchandising, maintenance and performance.

●     Develop budgets for all phases of marketplace E-commerce and execute marketplace promotions to maximize growth.

●     Sales Management Forecasting - Enhancing the e-com platforms for business growth and achievement of planned volume and value growth

●     Drive customer experience by optimizing listing quality, product ratings, regional replications, and strategic pricing alignment.

●     Inventory Planning and Forecasting across all e-Commerce channels.

●     Driving marketing campaigns across different e-Commerce channels, monitoring its performance, and optimizing its ROI as per the company's goal and budgets.

●      Driving core marketing initiatives; New Product Launches, New Channel Identification, Pricing Strategy, etc.
