<ul><li>Oversee and ensure compliance with all quality assurance processes to meet internal and regulatory standards (GMP, GLP, etc.).</li><li>Supervise the daily activities of the QA team and assist in setting objectives for quality improvement initiatives.</li><li>Lead and manage the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ensuring the effective maintenance and monitoring of the system.</li><li>Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with regulatory standards, and identify areas for improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.</li><li>Conduct regular internal audits, inspections, and participate in external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.</li><li>Coordinate the preparation and execution of regulatory inspections (FDA, EMA, etc.) and ensure that all required documentation is up-to-date and accurate.</li><li>Review and approve quality control documentation, including batch records, validation documents, and test reports.</li></ul>
