Description

  • Monitor and manage oncology inpatients and day-care chemotherapy patients.
  • Assist in the administration of chemotherapy and manage any adverse reactions.
  • Conduct regular clinical assessments, monitor vitals, and report abnormal findings to oncologists.
  • Provide emergency care for oncology patients experiencing complications (e.g., febrile neutropenia, sepsis, tumor lysis syndrome).
  • Support oncologists during ward rounds and ensure implementation of medical advice.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of clinical notes, treatment protocols, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, and laboratory departments for efficient patient care.
  • Counsel patients and caregivers regarding medications, side effects, and follow-up care, when required.
