Description

  • Provide medical care to patients presenting in emergency departments, outpatient clinics, and inpatient wards, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Conduct thorough medical evaluations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Perform medical procedures and interventions as needed, such as wound care, suturing, and minor surgical procedures, following established clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of medical conditions, treatment options, and follow-up instructions.
  • Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and clinical encounters accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records systems.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care and stabilization to critically ill or injured patients, following established resuscitation protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in on-call duties and rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage for medical services, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
