Job Description

1. Process and manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
2. Perform MedDRA coding for AEs, indications, and medical history.
3. Ensure timely submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities.
4. Conduct case quality checks and data validation.
5. Prepare narratives and medical summaries.
6. Handle follow-ups for missing or incomplete safety information.
7. Perform literature screening for adverse event reports.
8. Maintain safety data in PV databases (Argus, ArisG, etc.).
9. Support signal detection and safety trend analysis.
10. Assist in preparing PSURs / PBRERs / RMPs.
11. Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations.
