Description

Operate assigned vehicles, such as cars, vans, trucks, or buses, in a safe and defensive manner, adhering to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies at all times.
Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to check for mechanical issues, fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition before starting each shift.
Transport passengers or cargo to designated locations, following planned routes or directions provided by dispatchers, GPS systems, or navigation apps.
Ensure passengers or cargo are loaded and secured properly, and provide assistance with boarding, disembarking, or unloading as needed.
Provide courteous and professional service to passengers or clients, greeting them warmly, assisting with luggage or packages, and answering any questions or concerns they may have during the journey.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, and accommodate special requests or needs of passengers, such as accessibility requirements or preferred routes.
Keep assigned vehicles clean, both inside and outside, by regularly washing, vacuuming, and sanitizing vehicle interiors, and removing trash or debris.
Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as refueling, checking oil levels, and topping up fluids, and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
