Safely operate assigned vehicles, including cars, vans, buses, trucks, or specialty vehicles, in accordance with traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Perform pre-trip inspections of vehicles to check for mechanical issues, ensure proper functioning of brakes, lights, signals, and tires, and verify vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
Drive defensively, anticipate traffic hazards, and adjust driving behavior to ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users.
Provide safe and courteous transportation services to passengers, including commuting to and from designated locations, running errands, or attending events.
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking vehicles, loading and unloading luggage or packages, and ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction.
Follow predetermined routes, schedules, or instructions provided by supervisors or dispatchers to ensure timely arrival at destinations.
Transport goods, materials, or cargo between locations, including delivery of packages, parcels, supplies, or equipment for businesses, organizations, or individuals.
Secure cargo properly using tie-downs, straps, or loading equipment to prevent shifting or damage during transit.
