We are looking for Doctor Acquisition Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Signup doctors for the new programs and initiatives.
  • Responsible for visiting different Doctors.
  • Doctor Empanelment: Empanelling Potential Doctors with our Clinic to enhance revenue from them through consultation, diagnostics and other services.
  • Doctors Meet: Meeting Doctors along for generating referral revenue from them.
  • Drive strategies keeping in mind both short term and long-term vision.
  • Work on managing, storing, processing, and analysing data sets to identify business opportunities/efficiencies.
  • Evaluate, analyse, and understand the voice of the customer through a variety of data sources.
  • Need to work collaboratively with all the stakeholders to make sure that the product meets the functional expectations.
  • Identify and manage risks.

 

Skillset:

  • Experience in engagement with Hospitals and clinics for collaborations.
  • Good database of doctors and doctor references..
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Usability and customer-focused experience in healthcare is a plus.
  • Numerically minded with strong excel skills and the ability to capture relevant data to use in decision making and reporting.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify new opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation skills and possess the ability to present key ideas in an articulate manner.
  • Team Player.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Proficient to approach doctors and leading generation.
