Description

Person should be well versed with the DNB program and process and is responsible for coordinating and managing DNB program.
He/She should oversee the admission process, ensure that all students are enrolled in the program.
Should provide guidance and support to the students during duration of the program/course.
Should monitor/check for updates in NBES website on day to day basis.
Should monitor and prepare budget including grants, statistics and analysis.
Should coordinate with Professors and arrange for lectures from time to time.
Also check with Librarian for availability of books and indent for any requirements as per the advise of the teaching professors.
Prepares and maintains department’s records (such as financial, students personnel, administrative and Professors personnel) and review the documents/reports etc.. To assure compliance with DNB programme requirements as per the DNB guidelines.
Coordinate with department HODs for smooth functioning.
Coordinate and arrange the conferences and seminars for use DNB students with the help departmental HODs.
To coordinate with outsourced MOU tie-ups whenever required.
To know the DNB future Specialties (General surgery, Ortho and Neuro etc..) requirements for accreditation programe and explain the required parameters to management whenever required.
To Active participate in redressed of DNB students complaints.
Coordinate with accounts department for student’s stipend and payments from board.
Any other works as assigned by the management.
