<ol><li data-list="bullet">Manage the Diplomate of National Board (DNB) program for the hospital or institution.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate academic schedules, teaching sessions, and clinical rotations for DNB students.</li><li data-list="bullet">Facilitate the admission, registration, and documentation of DNB candidates.</li><li data-list="bullet">Liaise with the National Board of Examinations (NBE) for compliance and reporting.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor and maintain records of DNB resident performance, assessments, and evaluations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and continuing medical education (CME) programs.</li><li data-list="bullet">Ensure adherence to NBE guidelines, protocols, and accreditation standards.</li><li data-list="bullet">Address queries and provide support to DNB residents and faculty.</li><li data-list="bullet">Prepare reports, submissions, and documentation for inspections and audits.</li></ol>
