Description

Order Dispatch Management: Oversee the timely and efficient dispatch of goods, ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled according to the delivery schedule.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners and drivers to ensure smooth transportation and optimize delivery routes for on-time delivery.
Documentation: Ensure accurate preparation and verification of dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery receipts.
Inventory Monitoring: Collaborate with the warehouse team to confirm the availability of stock, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate order picking and packaging.
Quality Control: Verify the quality and accuracy of goods being dispatched, checking for proper packaging, labeling, and handling before shipment.
Customer Communication: Provide updates to customers on dispatch status, handle inquiries related to delivery timelines, and resolve any delivery-related issues.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety policies, including proper handling of goods and vehicle safety checks.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on dispatch performance, including delivery times, discrepancies, and operational efficiency, and suggest improvements.
