Description

Evaluate patients’ dietary habits, health needs, and nutritional status through assessments and consultations.
Design customized meal plans and nutritional guidelines to meet patients' individual health needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
Develop evidence-based dietary plans that may include weight management, diabetes control, cardiovascular health, and other medical needs.
Educate patients and families on proper food choices, portion sizes, reading nutrition labels, and preparing balanced meals.
Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, kidney disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and food allergies.
Adjust and monitor patients’ diets as their health needs change, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and seminars on various aspects of nutrition, including healthy eating, meal prep, and disease prevention.
Create educational materials, handouts, and resources for patients to improve dietary habits and knowledge of nutrition.
