Providing individualized dietary counseling and education to clients, including developing personalized nutrition plans, setting dietary goals, and providing ongoing support and guidance to promote healthy eating habits and achieve nutrition-related objectives.
Developing and implementing meal plans that are tailored to clients' specific dietary needs, preferences, and health goals, taking into account factors such as age, gender, medical conditions, cultural background, and food preferences.
Delivering nutrition education programs and workshops to groups and communities on various topics related to healthy eating, nutrition management, disease prevention, and wellness promotion.
Providing medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to individuals with specific medical conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, gastrointestinal disorders, renal disease, and food allergies, to optimize health outcomes and manage nutrition-related symptoms and complications.
