Dermatologist

We are seeking a specialized candidate for the role of dermatologist. The duties of a dermatologist include consulting with patients and determining skin ailments, prescribing medication, undertaking skin therapy treatment, performing non-intrusive surgery, and referring patients to other specialists if the skin condition does not fall under his/her medical skill set.

Diagnosing and treating conditions

• Dermatologists examine patients, order lab tests, and diagnose conditions such as acne, dandruff, psoriasis, and skin cancer. They may also treat cosmetic disorders like hair loss and scars. 
  Performing procedures
• Dermatologists may perform minor surgeries, such as mole, cyst, or wart removals, and conduct biopsies. They may also use UV light therapy, cryosurgery, or intralesional injections. 
  Prescribing medications
• Dermatologists prescribe medications such as hormonal agents and topical treatments. 
  Monitoring patients
• Dermatologists monitor patients' progress through follow-up visits and may change treatment methods as needed. 
  Staying up to date
• Dermatologists stay up to date on the latest methodologies by participating in studies and attending conferences and seminars.
