Dermatologist

·       Undertaking patient consultations and physical examinations

·       Initial history collection and understanding the patient concerns/1st consultation

·       Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients while comparing results of previous treatment

·       Counsel and explain clients on packages available

·       Assessing and planning treatment requirements

·       Update records on pre- and post-consultation

·       Monitoring and administering medication / treatment

·       Collect feedback from clients on the treatment & service 

·       Maintain confidentiality and impartiality at all times.

·       Evaluate effectiveness of current care methods and procedures and suggest improvements

·       Meet targets set by Organization for specified treatments

·       Monitor on cost control of consumables and proper usage and handling of equipment

·       Update Knowledge of performing all the procedures available in Clinic

·       Keep up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.

·       Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications and transactions according to company policies and procedures

·       Grievance handling & aassist Clinic Manager in identifying and resolving workplace issues related to treatments

·       Follow the sop and protocols of the organization for medical treatments

·       Teaching and supervising trainee doctors, therapists & nurses

·       Guiding the Medical Aestheticians on all the treatments and results
