Job Description
- Assist the Medical Superintendent in day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of clinical departments.
- Monitor patient care standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with consultants, RMOs, and nursing teams.
- Handle medico-legal issues, complaints, and incident management.
- Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and quality initiatives.
- Support NABH audits and accreditation processes.
- Monitor duty rosters, leave, and manpower utilization.
- Participate in quality meetings, audits, and reviews.
- Act as Medical Superintendent in their absence (as assigned).
