<ul><li>Experience in transplant set up / exposure to HOTA / handling medicolegal issues would be preferable.</li><li>Renewal of transplant licenses / compliances / ownership of medical audits Has to support / drive quality function at unit.</li><li>Coordinate with Senior HODs and Consultants in driving processes, system efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate and support the business plans / Consultant recruitment / drive medical programs / innovation / clinical outcomes.</li><li>Keep a check of quality meetings / morbidity &amp; mortality meetings / other quality parameters.</li><li>MRD / Dietetics / Blood bank / Physiotherapy departments would report to the position apart from medical personnel above Junior consultant .</li><li>Proficiency in Marathi language is added advantage.</li></ul>
