<ul><li>Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).</li><li>Lead internal audits, quality inspections, and compliance checks as per regulatory standards.</li><li>Develop, review, and update SOPs, manuals, and quality documentation.</li><li>Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, and process performance for continual improvement.</li><li>Manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve quality issues effectively.</li><li>Ensure compliance with national and international quality and safety standards.</li><li>Supervise and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and training.</li><li>Handle customer feedback, complaints, and implement quality improvement measures.</li></ul>
