Description

Assist in the supervision and management of nursing staff, including registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and nursing assistants.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure adequate staffing levels, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
