<ul><li>Supervise daily microbiology lab operations including sampling, culturing, identification, and microbial testing.</li><li>Monitor aseptic practices and environmental controls in cleanrooms or lab spaces.</li><li>Validate and review microbiological methods including sterility, endotoxin, bioburden, and microbial limit tests.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NABL, FDA, WHO-GMP, ISO, and GLP.</li><li>Train and mentor junior microbiologists and lab technicians on protocols and SOPs.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and audit readiness including CAPA, deviation reports, and QC logs.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>
