Description

Thorough knowledge in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) Hazop, Risk assessments.
Responsible for compliance to all PSM (process safety management) elements.
Pre- start up safety reviews and emergency shutdown procedures.
Active contribution in developing the process safety culture in the Industry.
Acknowledge the processes changes through change management and conducting PSSR, JSA, etc. for process modifications/facility changes, design criteria, new equipment set up, etc.
Establish the required process safety management procedures in coordination with corporate EHS.
Implementation of annual PSM (process safety management) training calendar and audit schedules.
Ability to work for the value addition in PSM and for reduction of process risks in Industry. Monthly projections to corporate EHS by using key parameters metrics.
Tracking and update of CAPA sheet for the recommendations on PSM incidents, near misses and to avoid re-occurrence in the unit.
Active participation in PSM customer audits and 3rd party audits, etc.
The safe controls as per the in-process safety checks such as outcome of test results of Reaction calorimetric, Dust explosive, etc.
