- Formulating & implementation of HR Policies for all the employees.
- Onboarding, offer letter generation, co- coordinating with Doctors & candidates, documentation of fresh joiners.
- Ensure 100% accuracy, timeliness & solving employees queries.
- Implementing the HRMS software in the organisation smoothly.
- Payroll, full & final settlement, leave management, contract employee payment.
- Regular training of employees, strictly maintaining discipline among the employees.
- Work with the HR Head, HODs & Managers of the Organisation to ensure smooth functioning, maintaining personal files for NABH documentation.
