  Role Overview:
• In this dual-role position, you’ll be splitting your time between spearheading our Outreach and Promotional Initiatives—such as Dental Camps, Corporate Health check-ups, Dental educational sessions and Local Community events—and supporting our clinic operations during patient visits. 
• When you’re in the field, you’ll have flexible timings to accommodate marketing campaigns. 
• When you’re in the clinic, you’ll oversee patient consultations, deliver quality care, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  Field Marketing & Outreach
• Plan & Execute: Develop and lead community engagement programs, including dental camps, corporate health check-ups, and school awareness drives.
• Network & Promote: Collaborate with local businesses, educational institutions, and community groups to enhance brand visibility and patient inflow.
• Innovate & Adapt: Identify new avenues for outreach, staying on top of local events and opportunities to showcase our services.
  
  Patient Diagnosis & Care (Clinic-Based)
• Initial Consultations: Attend to walk-in patients, provide initial diagnoses, and address any immediate dental concerns.
• Treatment Coordination: Educate patients on treatment plans and reassure them of follow-up care.
• Emergency Prioritization: Identify and prioritize urgent cases; collaborate with the team for timely referrals or specialized follow-up.
  
  Appointment Management
• Scheduling & Rescheduling: Contact patients with scheduled appointments, coordinating flexible slots for evening consultations or the next available time.
• Patient Inquiries: Address queries on appointments or treatments professionally, ensuring a positive and reassuring tone.
  
  Clinic Operations & Administration
• Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate patient files and ensure all case documentation is up-to-date.
• Auditing: Conduct regular checks and reporting of all clinic branches regarding - cleanliness, sterilization protocols status check, and equipment readiness to ensure strict compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain updated logbooks and records, proactively identifying areas for improvement in day-to-day operations. Compile routine status updates and prepare reports for clinic management, ensuring efficient operations and well-documented processes.
• Brand Building: Review and assist with social media content, participate in marketing strategies, and help grow our online presence.

  Desired Profile:
• Qualification: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) with valid registration from the Dental Council of India.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of clinical experience is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, patient-friendly approach, and strong organizational abilities.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with computer skills and basic MS Office tools.
  
  Working Hours:
• In-Office : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• In-Field: Flexible Timings Based on Work.
• Compensation: Rs 15,000/- to Rs 25,000/- (For Freshers), Salary Decided, Based on Clinical and Non- Clinical Skills.
• For Experienced candidates in the same domain, Salary is decided based on Experience and proven track records of assignments undertaken with respect to this Job Role mentioned for this vacancy.
• Plus a bonus for exceptional performance in non-clinical duties.
