About the Role:

• We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BDS-qualified General Dentist to join our dental team. 
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and providing preventive dental care to patients, ensuring high-quality care and a positive patient experience. 
• This role requires a compassionate professional with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examination, diagnosis, and treatment of oral health issues.
• Preventive and Restorative Procedures: Perform routine and complex dental procedures, such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and restorations.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, taking into account their specific needs and concerns.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Sterilization and Hygiene: Ensure the highest standards of infection control and cleanliness within the clinic and follow all safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and continuously upgrade skills as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the Kerala State Dental Council
• Clinical experience preferred, though fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
