Description

Perform routine dental examinations, including oral cancer screenings, dental x-rays, and assessments of oral health status, to evaluate patients' dental needs and identify any oral health issues.
Diagnose and treat dental conditions, diseases, and injuries, including cavities, gum disease, tooth decay, and oral infections, using appropriate treatment modalities such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and periodontal therapies.
Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and patient education on oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle habits to promote optimal oral health and prevent dental problems.
Perform restorative procedures, such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and dental implants, to restore function, aesthetics, and comfort for patients with missing or damaged teeth.
Perform cosmetic dental procedures, including teeth whitening, veneers, and cosmetic bonding, to improve the appearance of patients' smiles and enhance their self-confidence.
Educate patients on dental treatment options, risks, and benefits, and collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans that address their oral health needs, preferences, and budget considerations.
Administer local anaesthesia and sedation as needed to ensure patient comfort and manage pain during dental procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs and reactions to treatment accordingly.
Maintain accurate and complete dental records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and patient information, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and practice standards.
