Description
- Greet and assist patients in a polite and professional manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the system.
- Manage billing, payments, and insurance documentation.
- Coordinate with dentists and staff for smooth clinic operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Candidate should be friendly with kids, should do fluent communication in English Gujarati and Hindi.
- Should have knowledge of computer.
- Soft spoken, confident , sincere, flexible, Well dressed, well behaved with positive attitude and eager to follow given instructions.
