Description

Deliver pharmaceutical products to customers in a timely and efficient manner, following assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Safely load and unload pharmaceutical products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure packaging to prevent damage or contamination.
Verify delivery orders and invoices with customers to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliveries, collecting payment as needed and issuing receipts.
Maintain delivery records, including delivery logs, route sheets, and customer signatures, to track deliveries and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors regarding delivery schedules, route changes, traffic conditions, and any delivery-related issues or concerns.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating delivery vehicles, including wearing seat belts, obeying speed limits, and practicing defensive driving techniques to ensure safety on the road.
Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and fluid levels, and reporting any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Provide excellent customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction with delivered products and services.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical delivery, including maintaining confidentiality and security of pharmaceutical products during transit.
