- We're seeking a Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Medical industry knowledge mandatory.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to reports, appointments, and services.
- Provide accurate information about our services and policies.
- Maintain patient records and update customer information.
- Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Only female candidate apply with medical industry knowledge.
- Graduate in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
