Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and resolved effectively.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, ensuring accurate and prompt data entry and order completion.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to deliver high-quality customer service consistently.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, selecting, and explaining the best solution.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, ensuring customers are satisfied with their interaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved and services/products meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product or service information and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
