Description

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
