Description
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, availability, order status, shipping, and returns.
- Process customer orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently according to company policies and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any outstanding issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
