Description
- Taking appointments for the consultants.
- Registering the new patients and allotting a new UID Number. Issuing a laminated UID Card to the patient for future references.
- Taking payments in cash or card for the OPD consultations, diagnostic tests and procedures. Issuing a voucher for the payments made.
- Escorting the patients in order to the consultation rooms
- Attending to all the phone calls and providing the information to the caller.
- Deposit the cash and the card transactions to the Accounts Dept. daily in the afternoon.
- Daily prepare the MIS report in the night after the OPD is done.
