Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Process customer orders, including order entry, verification, and tracking, to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
