<ul><li>Provide specialized pre- and post-operative nursing care to cardiothoracic and vascular surgery patients.</li><li>Assist in monitoring and managing patients on ventilators, inotropes, and cardiac monitors.</li><li>Support surgeons and anesthetists during CTVS procedures in the operating room.</li><li>Perform timely administration of medications, fluids, and wound care per clinical protocols.</li><li>Monitor invasive lines (CVP, arterial lines), drains, and chest tubes.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed nursing documentation and care plans.</li><li>Adhere to infection control, sterile techniques, and emergency preparedness protocols.</li><li>Educate patients and families about recovery plans, procedures, and post-op care.</li></ul>
