<ul><li>Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to CTVS patients.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, ECG, chest drains, and manage ventilators and infusion devices.</li><li>Assist in the care of patients undergoing open-heart, thoracic, and vascular surgeries.</li><li>Ensure aseptic techniques and proper wound care to prevent infections.</li><li>Administer medications, blood products, and emergency interventions as per protocols.</li><li>Prepare and manage surgical equipment and support CTVS team during critical events.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.</li><li>Educate patients and families on post-surgical care and recovery.</li></ul>
