<ol><li data-list="bullet">Assist Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery (CTVS) surgeons during open-heart, vascular, and thoracic procedures.</li><li data-list="bullet">Prepare and maintain the operation theater, surgical instruments, and sterile equipment before and during surgeries.</li><li data-list="bullet">Monitor patient vitals and assist anesthetists in intraoperative care.</li><li data-list="bullet">Handle surgical instruments, sutures, and devices efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li data-list="bullet">Maintain strict aseptic and infection control practices in the CTVS OT.</li><li data-list="bullet">Document surgical procedures, patient records, and instrument usage accurately.</li><li data-list="bullet">Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, perfusionists, and support staff during operations.</li><li data-list="bullet">Assist in preoperative and postoperative patient care, including patient positioning and transfer.</li></ol>
