<ul><li>Provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries.</li><li>Assist surgeons during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases.</li><li>Monitor vital signs, hemodynamics, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses to treatment.</li><li>Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, chest drains, and other critical care equipment.</li><li>Prepare and maintain sterile instruments and supplies specific to CTVS procedures.</li><li>Administer medications, including cardiac drugs, as per protocol and physician orders.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings accurately.</li><li>Assist in the management of emergency conditions such as arrhythmias or cardiac arrest.</li><li>Educate patients and families regarding pre-op preparation and post-op recovery care.</li></ul>
