4. Work Experience: 0 to 5 Years
5. Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative cardiac and thoracic surgery patients in the CTVS ICU.
6. Monitor and record vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, and cardiac rhythms continuously.
7. Manage ventilators, infusion pumps, chest tubes, drains, and invasive lines as per protocols.
8. Administer medications, inotropes, and IV fluids as prescribed by the intensivist or surgeon.
9. Assess patients for signs of complications such as bleeding, arrhythmias, infection, or respiratory distress.
10. Assist physicians during procedures like central line insertion, arterial line placement, and emergency interventions.
11. Maintain accurate ICU documentation, nursing notes, and shift handovers.
