Description

Perform CT and MRI scans according to physicians' orders and established protocols, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of imaging studies.
Position patients correctly on the imaging table and provide instructions to ensure patient comfort and cooperation during procedures.
Operate CT and MRI equipment to obtain high-quality images, adjusting parameters as needed to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure or magnetic interference.
Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines to minimize radiation exposure to patients, staff, and yourself.
Screen patients for contraindications and potential risks associated with CT and MRI procedures, and ensure that appropriate safety measures are in place.
Monitor patients during imaging procedures, recognizing and responding promptly to any adverse reactions or medical emergencies.
Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on CT and MRI equipment to ensure optimal performance and image quality.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs or service calls as needed to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
