1. Collect, clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
2. Operate and monitor sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ETO machines.
3. Inspect, assemble, pack, label, and store sterile instruments and trays.
4. Ensure proper handling and distribution of sterile supplies to OT and clinical areas.
5. Maintain accurate sterilization records, logs, and documentation.
6. Follow infection control policies, hospital safety standards, and CSSD protocols.
7. Identify and report damaged or malfunctioning instruments and equipment.
8. Assist in inventory management and ensure availability of sterile supplies.
