5. Receive, clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
6. Inspect instruments for damage and proper functionality.
7. Operate and maintain sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ETO, etc.).
8. Ensure proper packaging and storage of sterilized instruments.
9. Maintain CSSD inventory, records, and logs.
10. Coordinate with OT, ICU, and wards for timely instrument supply.
11. Follow infection control, safety protocols, and SOPs.
12. Participate in quality assurance and NABH compliance activities.
