<ul><li>Collect, clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.</li><li>Operate autoclaves and other sterilization machines as per standard protocols.</li><li>Ensure proper packing, labeling, and storage of sterile items.</li><li>Maintain segregation between sterile and non-sterile areas to prevent contamination.</li><li>Monitor sterilization parameters and maintain accurate sterilization records.</li><li>Inspect instruments for damage and report repairs or replacements as needed.</li><li>Follow infection control and biomedical waste management guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with OT, ICU, and other departments for timely instrument supply.</li></ul>
