Description
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
- Monitor and manage the performance of CSR team members, including call handling, response times, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions for CSR team members to enhance their product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Prepare reports and presentations on customer service performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.
