Description
- Manage and maintain customer data in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Assist in the implementation of CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), providing support and resolving issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and conduct follow-ups to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
