Critical Care Specialist/ICU Intensivist

Role:

Dorika Hospital has an immediate hiring position for the Critical Care Specialist / ICU Intensivist role which requires to plays a crucial role in managing critically ill patients in the ICU, performing specialised medical procedures, and maintaining accurate patient records. This position requires close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Success in this role will be defined by delivering high-quality patient care, maintaining clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families, and continually updating skills and knowledge in critical care. As a key member of the healthcare team, the ICU Intensivist will significantly contribute to the Dorika hospital's mission of providing exceptional healthcare and enhancing its reputation for excellence. 

Responsibilities :

Patient management in ICU.

Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient care, emergency care, and ICU management.

Performing specialised procedures for the therapeutic benefit and diagnostic purpose of the patient

Maintaining records and consent of patients

Work in collaboration with other Specialists, nurses, technicians and hospital staff

Be an excellent team member

Respect and uphold the rights of patients, colleagues and organisation. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• MD/DA/DNB Anaesthesia trained in critical care(preferred).
• Intensivist trained in critical care medicine (optional).
• Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine (MBBS).
• Trained Ayurvedic physician in Critical Care can also apply (optional).

Experience:

• Experienced as anaesthetist / Critical Care minimum of 2 years (Preferred).
• Freshers can also apply.
• Salary : 18 - 36 Lac per annum( negotiable) based on years of experience. 

Desired Skills:

• Proven experience in ICU settings and performing specialised ICU procedures.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and their families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Working Conditions:

• Needs Reallocation to Tezpur, Assam.
• Flexible shifts may be required, including night and weekend coverage.
