Description

  • Patient care: Provide high-quality care to patients with organ dysfunction, organ failure, or other critical illnesses. 
  • Procedures: Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and mechanical ventilation management. 
  • Treatment plans: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans. 
  • Monitor progress: Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. 
  • Consultations: Provide hospital-wide consultations under the supervision of the attending consultant. 
  • Education: Participate in regular department education activities and train new employees. 
  • Research: Participate in research projects within the department. 
  • On-call duty: Share on-call duty for the Critical Care unit as per departmental policy.
